I'll start with the good...This have been quickly inproving in my life. I feel great recently. I have lots energy, I'm eating better, I'm gaining weight which is obviously muscle because I'm slowly starting to see a nice difference in my body. I've been smoke free for a while and not even interested in cigerettes anymore, Jay and I have been a HELL of alot more social. hanging out with friends, parties, bars....Normal people stuff lol It's nice.
Now on to the bad....Tonight Cassie (my step grandmothers dog) passed away. I grew up with cassie and am sad to see his leave but glad he's no longer suffering. Earlier Jay and I went over to Mom's too see him. He was having regular seisures and had very labored breatheing. I made plans with mom tomorrow to go with her when she had him euthinized but I'm not surprized that he didn't make it that long. I did what I could with Reiki while I was there so I hope I helped lubricate his transition into the next life. For those of you who don't know this about me, My religion includes a practice that I call Animal Magick. For the majority of my life I knew that I had a very unique connection with animals.... It was nice to see cassie one last time before he moved on.

Honey, thank you for being there for Casey ! I know how you feel about animals as I too share that gift. I kinda knew what you were doing at the time,as I watched you lay your hands on him, and you bowed your head and closed your eyes. You were talking to him through your hands! You knew it was his time as did I and I believe he knew that also. It's sad how so many people do not understand the bond between humans and animals. They are not judgementel, they do not criticize, they do not hold grudges, and they love unconditionaly. How many people do you know like that ? Anyways, thanks baby for being there! TTYL LOVE YOU !!! Mama .....
There's a practice in Pagan magick called 'chanting'. It's designed to make clear your intentions not only to you but the universe ready to act apon it. It involves a phrase or word said over and over. While I was doing Reiki on Cassie the phrase I was chanting under my breathe was "Quiet mind. Peaceful sleep. Quiet mind. Peaceful sleep"......my last gift to the old boy.
